CHEVON = the European word for goat meat.
Our pastured goats are prime, healthy, and raised with care. We send goats to the butcher when they are 75-110 lbs, which is at about 6-10 months of age. Hanging weight is 30-50 lbs. Come to the farm and pick out your own for $1.50/lb liveweight. We will deliver the live goat to the local butcher for you at no charge, then you pick up your box of delicious fresh or frozen half/whole/or packaged cuts & pay the butcher approx. $50.
Check out our freezer case available here at the ranch. Or visit Rudy's-A Cook's Paradise in Twin Falls to buy goat meat from their freezer case. USDA inspected.
Our goat meat was featured in the Twin Falls, Idaho Times News in the summer of 2008.
